In the coaching sessions, we don’t sit still taking notes because the content of the coaching is participatory and central content is built considering the client’s wishes. In Team building coaching we create together open and better communication between the team and make “communication rules” for this particular team.
About the Training
This training strengthens communication, connection, and collective wellbeing in any kind of team – new or established. It gives people the courage and tools to handle everyday interaction with ease, empathy, and authenticity. The program consists of three 3-hour sessions, spaced two weeks apart, allowing reflection and practice between meetings.
Session 1 – Listening & Presence
Participants learn to recognise their communication styles, listen actively, and be truly present for one another. The goal: trust, openness, and psychological safety.
Session 2 – Constructive Communication & Feedback Culture
Developing a culture where everyone’s voice matters. Participants learn to give and receive feedback in ways that encourage learning, mutual respect, and growth.
Session 3 – Handling Conflicts & Creating Shared Rules
The team practices solving tensions early and setting shared principles for open and respectful communication – even under pressure.
Each session blends theory, reflection, and experiential exercises that energise, engage and stay with participants long after the training.

Responsibility

Environmental Responsibility
Team Spirit trainings are organized as close as possible to each coach’s place of residence in order to minimize environmentally harmful travel by car. Coaches prefer walking, cycling, and public transportation as their primary means of travel.
Internal meetings are held remotely whenever possible, further reducing the need for travel. By decreasing car usage, we also reduce our carbon footprint.
Social Responsibility
We help companies develop their communication culture, which supports employees’ mental well-being. Better communication increases job satisfaction and helps resolve conflicts and misunderstandings at an early stage.
